Order Confirmation & Shipping Timeline

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Once payment is completed, order confirmation and shipping updates will be communicated via WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or email, based on the contact details provided.
  • Shipping will be initiated within 48 hours from order confirmation.
  • You will be notified once your order is dispatched.

If payment is successful but confirmation is not received, customers must contact us with their Razorpay transaction reference ID.

Pricing & Taxes

  • Product prices displayed on the website are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Any additional charges such as shipping or handling fees (if applicable) will be shown before final checkout.
  • Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

Failed, Delayed, or Duplicate Payments

  • In case of failed transactions, any debited amount will be automatically reversed by Razorpay or the respective bank, usually within 5–7 business days, depending on their policies.
  • If a duplicate payment is made for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
  • Royal Imperium Self Care is not responsible for delays caused by banks, Razorpay, or third-party payment systems.
